The "visual delight of the water hyacinth", refered to above is drying up fast, the patch of green that the CM wanted to be left undistubed till the Un Common Wealth Games get over is not going to last till october, unless off course we get a massive monsoon.

The problems of the Neela hauz, may still not be solved, even if we have a more than average monsoon, because "The lovely curving road that went through the Jungle" used to double up as a canal that drained the rain water rushing out of Kishangarh, into the Hauz. That source of replenishing the lake has been choked and rain water now may not find its way into the Hauz at all.

And when there is no water, the biggest enemy of this little lake, the "visually delightful patch of green" will also wither.

The CM would then probably take credit for ridding the Neela Hauz of Water Hyacinth, and we, the residents of this area will be expected to thank her for cleaning up the Neela Hauz! cleaning up or wiping out?

we can prodly now show off the rupees 34 crore bridge, that killed one more water body in the green and clean delhi.
